“Please read the many bad reviews of this company before buying; DO NOT buy from Japan Crate. After 6 weeks and many, many emails to Japan Crate they continue to provide misleading information about why no package had been delivered. 4 weeks after the parcel was supposedly sent, I wrote to DHL and they confirmed a shipping label was created, but the item had not been received by DHL. When I contacted Japan Crate many, many times, they kept saying the parcel was shipped by DHL and it was in transit. They continued this lie even after I sent them the email from DHL saying the items had not been received by DHL. Then Japan Crate tried to say customs clearance and international transit times were the cause of the delay, which is a blatant lie because DHL never received the parcel so there was no international transit or customs clearance. Use one of the many other companies providing this service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with Japan Crate.”
