I have no idea how are they legally allowed to operate like this, the whole service is a mess, they will lie to you, they will try to scam you at every moment possible, you will have to constantly fight to get anything for your money, and even if you do, it will arrive months later. The customer support is 1000% completely useless. If you think about giving them any money, PLEASE just DON'T.”
