“I was so excited to get my Jatie Beauty! Unfortunately whenever I opened my heart breaker highlighter it was shattered. Everything else looks amazing, and I’m still excited to use the rest of the makeup. I’m just disappointed the highlighter was broken on arrival.”

“shipping was fairly quick, love the eyeshadow but the savage highlighter isn’t very pigmented and the babe lipstick is like glue, very hard to wash off”

“The quality of the stuff is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it! The only thing is that I had to pay 25$ for shipping and an additional 45$ for customs fees so I most likely won’t be ordering again but the stuff itself is great”

“Giving 4 stars bc of price. I do not mind paying $$ for quality clothes. But for a mom of a 12 year old daughter who follows the YouTube blog, it can get pricey. Everything else is great. Somewhere around the $40 mark would a bit more reasonable”

“Would have put Excellent but I had to pay an extra $20 for it to come into Canada and I was not aware of this. Other than that, great pants! True to size and absolutely comfortable!”

“This was my first time dealing with your company. My granddaughters wanted your water bottles for Christmas. My original order was missing one of the water bottles I had ordered however you took care of this problem once I emailed you, and I received the missing water bottle a week or so later. Thank you for correcting this. The only thing I had trouble with was that I could only contact you by email. I would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone when the mistake occurred. Emailing back and forth seemed to extend the time needed to correct the problem I had.”
