“I have no doubt the product will be great whenever I finally receive it. I assume USPS is just being slow due to the holidays. Hopefully it arrives soon. Will be a great Christmas gift!”

“I love Jatie Beauty products. I have no complaints about the products themselves, simply the advertising-- through social media, various products are advertised that are not available. That's a mistake, in my opinion. I purchased the Baddie Mascara a while ago and am so over-the-top in love with it, yet it is still out of stock! :( Please, if you are going to advertise something, at least make sure it's in stock... and restock your big sellers! I'd love to try some of your other products, like the Boss Lip Gloss, the Matte Lipstick, or even the tumbler! Your products are incredibly high-quality... the people love them! So please let us! Thanks so much :)”

“My Granddaughter asked for a water bottle she liked on their web site. I clicked on her link which took me directly to what she wanted and I ordered it. The item shipped quickly and it is now safely at her house waiting for her to open it for Christmas.”

“I ordered the Betz leggings but was sent the capri leggings. However, when I reached out to customer service, they immediately appologized and refunded my purchase. I was very pleased with the quick response and will also be shopping with Jatie Beauty in the future. It would be great if you could get back more of the Betz leggings in black soon.”
