“Although the product appears to be good quality, the packaging for shipment was lacking (a white shipping envelope). One of the items in my order Heartbreaker Highlighter arrived broken and is now a mess.”

“I ORDERED A DUFFEL AND A WATER JUG FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE LOVES THEM! I DID, UNFORTUNATELY, HAVE TROUBLE WITH MY FIRST ORDER. I NEVER RECIEVED THE FIRST WATER JUG I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. IT WAS USPS FAULT FOR THE LOST ORDER BUT I DID HAVE TO REORDER THE WATER JUG AND NEVER RECEIVED THE LOST WATER JUG.”

“I was contacted by your customer service rep saying two J80 bottles couldn’t be sent in the same fedex package. I specifically said send the pink one first as it is a Christmas gift and needs to be here. After several non sensible emails, the service person canceled my whole ordered and I only ended up receiving one bottle which was the purple one, which again was not the one I needed for Christmas morning. My daughter was very disappointed and if I didn’t have to reorder the correct bottle, I would never order anything from you again! ”

“Love Jatie Beauty, J80 Fit, and Always Plug! Nicole is AWESOME! I sent her an email about a price on the Level Up bags being priced at $48.50. Knowing eveything is priced with .80 I figured I should say something. I was no way trying to get a dicount. But sure enough Nicole gave me 20% off! So proud of how far this company has come! Remember stay savage and not average! JUST SEND IT!!! Love yall!”
