“My experience with Jay Brokets was excellent from start to finish. They are professional and BBB accredited. I liked that they assisted throughout the complete process via phone and e-mails. I delt with Justin who was not only courteous, but very helpful and I spoke with a live person helping me with my rather large shipment not an automated system. Jay Brokers corresponded with me before, during and at the end of the transaction. They give you several payment options. I chose to use mail delivery and my check arrived on time as indicated. There are no surprises and they do what they say. I will definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service. You will not be disappointed. “Jay Brokers made it very simple to find my product, get an offer and send it off. They provided the mailing slip paid for by them and other documents needed to complete the sale. They provided simple instructions on how to prepare the product (iphone in my case). I got my check about two weeks after I mailed it off. “If there was an "excellent" option I would have chosen that without hesitation. I have used Jay more than a few times over the past 3 years or so. . I'm pretty careful in comparing. Here's the bottom line. Jay has ALWAYS had the best prices, sometimes by far. They have the highest integrity. If you accurately described the condition of your item you will always get the estimated price. They are quick. Turnaround is just a couple of days. I used payment by check. I can often deposit the check within a week of shipping the item. I have experienced no down sides with them and recommend them very highly.”
