“If there was an "excellent" option I would have chosen that without hesitation. I have used Jay more than a few times over the past 3 years or so. . I'm pretty careful in comparing. Here's the bottom line. Jay has ALWAYS had the best prices, sometimes by far. They have the highest integrity. If you accurately described the condition of your item you will always get the estimated price. They are quick. Turnaround is just a couple of days. I used payment by check. I can often deposit the check within a week of shipping the item. I have experienced no down sides with them and recommend them very highly.”

“After purchasing a new laptop, I knew I needed to sell my "old" one. Then I started reading online reviews about the companies offering to buy electronics -- how frightening! Most appeared to be thieves. But the reviews about Jay Brokers were generally positive, so I put aside my fears and decided to give them a try. What a truly pleasant experience!! They reassured me they'd wipe my personal information off my computer, they e-mailed me every step of the way (when it arrived, when they checked it over, when they sent out my payment), AND they paid me exactly when and what they said they would!!
