“Through my numerous dealings with Jay Brokers and Justin Pepples, I always got what was promised. Payments were always prompt and they never countered an offer once they received and inspected the item(s). I know doing business this way is like a shot in the dark but I've sold computers and all different electronic items, including watches, and never had a negative experience. Their prices have always beat the competition by a fairly wide margin, including the shipping cost, which they always pay for.
