“Save your money guys. Absolutely awful customer service and scammers to say the least. I waited over a month for my order, visited the store to try retrieve my order to be told they are not shipped from the store. I contacted the company via their Facebook page as suggested on the website to no avail. I was asked for my order number and was told it had been shipped and I would receive it within the next few days. No parcel arrived. I finally tracked down the owner of the company on Facebook and messaged him, and was told it was being processed and would be sent out ASAP. I then received an email stating the order had been completed but still received no products. I had to visit the owners daily workplace to receive a straight answer. I was told my parcel would again be shipped asap but it wasn’t. Finally after multiple messages and the threat of the involvement of trading standards did I receive my package (With multiple items substituted with much lower quality products then I ordered) I was told it was shipped multiple weeks before it was actually shipped (I found this out via the tracking number on the package which they refused to give to me for obvious reasons(they hadn’t posted the order)) Seriously guys save yourself the hassle and money and order elsewhere. There are M any other reputable supply stores out there which will be happy to receive your custom and will actually send you your order with no hassle at all.”

“Don’t bother with this place waited nearly 6 weeks for my order kept sending emails and didn’t get a reply tried messaging didn’t reply went to PayPal to get it sorted I got a email saying order complete waited another week and half still no order went back to PayPal and managed to get a refund took around 7-8 weeks from when I ordered to get my money back won’t be using again
