Cannot even rate their website, Utter scamming arseholes 2 orders over 3 weeks waiting now escalated to PayPal one refunded one still ongoing ,only now are they trying to communicate with me

What can I add that others haven’t already said? Placed an order, had one email confirming the order was received and that was it. Nearly a month later no goods received. Chased up via their Facebook page and through their website, zero joy. Actually got blocked on their Facebook page for daring to speak negatively about the business so put a PayPal claim in. Finally had a response saying the order had been dispatched via UPS. This turned out to be an absolute lie and they haven’t contested my PayPal claim so refund in progress. Will definitely not be using this shower again for my cleaning stuff! Useless!!!!!

Goods never turned up,i asked for proof of postage,tracking etc it all went quiet,asked paypal to step in jayswax made no defence so was refunded SCAM CON DO NOT USE JAYSWAX

Absolute Con and Scammer! Ordered a Snow Foam Lance and did not receive any communication of despatch and no reply to emails. After tracking down the owner of the company on Facebook, I confronted him which he did not have much to respond to. Luckily I paid using PayPal and claimed my money back through them. DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY

Looks like Jayswax have removed their Google Business page due to all the negative reviews they have, so I wanted to make sure that my review and awful experience with them didn't get lost. Unfortunately, like most of the other reviews, my experience with Jayswax was less than impressive. Waited almost 5 weeks after dozens of messages to them, usually with no reply, just to try and get a tracking number as they said it had been posted. Sometimes I'd hear nothing for a week, then a couple of messages straight off the bat, then nothing again. Don't bother messaging the shop as they hardly respond at all, you need to try and track down the owner, but even still, he's hardly prompt in getting back to you. I also tried to put a post on their Facebook Group as well due to lack of response but they blocked this. After being told that my original shipment had been returned to them it took another 2 weeks to get it sent out. In fact, it wasn't until I raised a case with PayPal did the products eventually turn up (in a battered box with a broken wax lid). PayPal actually refunded me instantly, which is strange as when there is a dispute it gives the sender the chance to respond. It's likely that this is an ongoing issue and known by PayPal. I did pay the money on the day the package arrived, even though some parts were missing. Whilst all this is a pretty terrible look, the worst part of all is that the site has no SSL certificate, which means that it's incredibly easy to hack. Your data is not safe with them. Take a second to google SSL and you will see for yourself. Now, this might be totally unrelated, but 2 weeks after my order I was contacted my bank to say they had blocked fraudulent activity on my card. Obviously no way to say how they got this info, but the card had only been used 3 times in the last month (business card) so, you do the maths on this one. I've now asked numerous times for my account to be removed from their site as it includes my invoice and my address, and I want these both removed. First contact was on the 27th Jan regarding this (and three times since) and it's now 9th Feb and it's still live. Apparently they have asked their "web guy" to do this, but he seems to work at the same speed as the rest of them. I actually work with the shopping platform they use and I know this takes less than a minute to do. If I'd spent just a minute or two doing a bit of research I could have saved a lot of hassle. I hope they manage to turn it around, but my experience has been the worst online buying experience yet. 2 stars as the products eventually turned up, not without a lot of effort.

CROOKS - DON'T DO IT Ordered a £100 polisher from here, no sign of it after 2 weeks, so started emailing - no response whatsoever, and after a total of 4 weeks, I had to contact my bank to do a chargeback.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars but I havent even recieved my order that I placed over 3 weeks ago. They took my money, I've emailed and no response. Il be claiming my money back off PayPal!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, sent 4 emails, Just no reply, again should have seen the reviews first, no contact number or anything for them, thats the money gone I think.

Well what can I say. Postage is up and down Last order I waited 6 weeks for, it was only when i posted on a forum he posted the items. Safe to say I will never use again, not even an apology

Ordered Fo-Sho Spray Wax on the Jays Wax website on the 22/11/20 it is now the 12/12/20. Have contacted them & Natalie Brooks the point of contact 4 times regarding my delivery. Have taken my money and completely ignored all my emails. The doens't concern me its the complete lack of integrity of the company. Am now entering a claims through PayPal Resolution Centre not holding my breath on this one. Do not trust or use the company appears to be a complete scam. School boy error of not reading the reviews first on my part.

Order on numerous occasions. All arrived within a week. Some of the waxes smell amazing. Performance of the Jayswax products is great too.

Good quality products but customer service is non existent. Don’t reply to emails, don’t reply to Facebook msgs and don’t reply to PayPal resolution centre. No goods shipped out

Ordered twice from this company both times deliveries had to be chased up . On the second order I have sent email and 2 private messages which have been ignored and I also politely replied to a post he had put up on Facebook asking him to get in touch about my order for it to just be deleted so now I'm pursuing a refund through PayPal so I'd avoid buying from him unless you want to spend a lot of time chasing your order

Ordered 19 WORKING days ago now. Contacted them at the 2 week mark just to ask. Finally replied and was told ‘andy it states 10 working days on website’ to which I replied with an annotated calendar showing it had been 14 working days. Got no reply. Have now raised dispute with PayPal for a refund after politely asking if they have even posted my items. No reply of course. Fingers crossed I get my refund because quite frankly, it’s not good enough to take money and then ignore customers to this degree. I don’t even want the items now. I sold and posted something second class and it took 2 days to go 300 miles. There is no excuse this company can give that justifies this delay.

Ordered Wowos product and never ever received it. Thankfully, paid for item via PayPal and have just received a refund from them and am at a loss either why this guy trades at all nd why PayPal extend him the courtesy of using their platform!?
