Products as requested. The delivery agent only delivered 3 of the 4 packages. Emailed JDS had a very fast response which resolved the problem with another delivery with in 24 hours. Excellent after sales rectification of delivery agents issue.

The weedkiller items I purchased from you were delivered in a leaking package and the delivery man took them back. I have written to you about replacements but not heard back as yet. Could you find out about this from the delivery company and resolve it please?

I was told today my product had been put in a safe place. When I looked at the safe place by my front door it was not my front door!!!

I ordered an item which seemed to have a spray nozzle attached for assisting in spraying the product.When the product arrived there was no spray nozzle. I contacted customer service and was just told the item isn't supplied. I checked the website and the image shows the product with a spray nozzle however it is only on 5L sizes. This isn't exceptionally clear on the details. I'm now having to search and find a nozzle at extra expense. The delivery of the item was quick but that's about it.

Delivery was stated to be within 2-3 days and finally arrived 12 days later. Notification of dispatch was not received until over a week after it was placed and then did not arrive with the courier according to tracking information for another 3 days. Made numerous attempts to contact them to find out what was happening with my order through e-mail with no response and telephone number usually just rings with no answer. Only managed to speak to someone once following which i then received dispatch notification and was assured my delivery would be received the next day but didn't arrive until 4 days later. Terrible customer services has put me off using again.
