“I had traded with Jelly Egg some years ago, and must admit that I had temporarily forgotten about them, and how good they are, when I tried (in vain) to order new Crocs from the Crocs website.. Then I remembered! - and thank goodness I did, the shoes arrived very quickly from Jelly Egg, and the price was favourable too. Great people to deal with, and I will not forget next time!”

“Jayne shoes size 9 where just too small. I had to give them to my sister and order another pair from Crocs what was much more better and comfortable. I think your sizes come smaller.”

“I ordered a pair of crocs from the Jelly Egg sale for my son. The Crocs arrived very quickly but they were too small. I returned them for an exchange asking for the next size up. I received a very prompt email advising me that there was no stock left in that size. I looked on the website for another pair and asked for a price match. This was provided with no quibble. I trust Jelly Egg's customer service team completely.”

“Ordered a pair of Havainas Youth Fun received the item within a few days but wrong item was sent. Phoned up n spoke to the lady on line she is very friendly n very helpful. Problem resolved a replacement was sent straight away by next day delivery. I'm very impressed with the excellent service n very much appreciated. THANK YOU.”
