“Poor communication. Once car ordered no interest from sales staff or information regarding delivery dates , waited over 8 months for delivery. On delivery car not checked properly standard equipment missing also faults on dealership fitted accessories with unhelpful and uninterested service staff! Will not return to this dealer have arranged service plan with alternative KIA dealership.”

“Avoid at all costs!! Shocking customer service, several weeks and car not ready in prep despite promised of high standards, sent back twice poor workmanship, No updates, cowboys, kept my deposit and refuse to refund and ignore my emails. Appalling dealership”

“Just collected our 'new to us' Niro hybrid car. From the minute we met James Mann, we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything to us, throughout the whole buying process, to make it an easy and trouble free transaction. On collection of the car, he explained the controls clearly . “Totally happy with our experience, from our 1st phone call to James Mann to collecting the car from James everything went so smooth, James took time to explain a lot about the car & helped to set us up with the car before we drove away, would highly recommend this dealership from the warm welcome of the staff (dog friendly) to our personal experience with James.
