Avoid at all costs!! Shocking customer service, several weeks and car not ready in prep despite promised of high standards, sent back twice poor workmanship, No updates, cowboys, kept my deposit and refuse to refund and ignore my emails. Appalling dealership

Just collected our 'new to us' Niro hybrid car. From the minute we met James Mann, we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything to us, throughout the whole buying process, to make it an easy and trouble free transaction. On collection of the car, he explained the controls clearly . The bouquet was an added bonus. Thank you James, a pleasure doing business with you.

Totally happy with our experience, from our 1st phone call to James Mann to collecting the car from James everything went so smooth, James took time to explain a lot about the car & helped to set us up with the car before we drove away, would highly recommend this dealership from the warm welcome of the staff (dog friendly) to our personal experience with James. We are very happy with the Kia Sportage that we purchased.

No communication despite being promised calls to customer who is waiting to collect a new car. Broken promises, James does never follow through on his promises to call. Disappointing to say the least.

In February my wife ordered a Kia Picanto 2 auto, on arrival my wife was over the moon with the vehicle and it puts a smile on her face every day. On the back of driving her car I decided to also buy a new Picanto as my current car was very long in the tooth. On both occasions James and Kia have been outstanding. I collected my new car last night the GT line s and I like my wife totally over the moon with it - well done Kia and James.

Just purchased our 4th kia now feom kia stockton. Our sales have been handled by James Mann each time and we are delighted with all elements of his customer care and the cars Hes a great friendly professional salesman and we have always enjoyed being looked after I cannot reccomend James Mann enough And the cars are great 👍

Just had my yearly service and MOT I'm so pleased I took out the Kia Jeff3 year service and MOT plan 3 years of no worries.Alannah seemed to be coping very well with the refurb going on,always guaranteed a smile.

Just bought a used car from Kia Stockton and can't praise the excellent customer service we received from James and Sam. Thank you both, especially Sam who couldn't do enough for us. I hope she gets promoted very soon!!! We love the car , i it's just what we wanted.

Having bought Kia’s for many years from other branches, I feel very saddened that the service received from the Stockton branch was absolutely awful. An official letter of complaint with a catalogue of poor errors when purchasing a new car was sent to Kia head office and they refused to deal with it stating I should take it up with Kia Stockton (the very people who have failed to uphold the level of service expected) so unfortunately the complaint letter will have to be sent to the motor ombudsman. So disappointed.

Very poor aftercare. Car picked up on 12th October, advised by Hannah that all snags would be fixed prior to collection which gave a 2-week period for repairs to be completed. On collection, I noticed that one of the items on the list had not been fixed. I was told that the part would be ordered and to expect a call within the week to arrange fitting. Despite a number of calls chasing for updates and not receiving callbacks, we are more than a month after collecting the car and are still no further forward. Happy to take your money but not so keen to keep promises! If I could give a review of 0 stars I would!

Went last week for info, absolute fabulous service by James. Was given my car six years ago by James and now got my new car also by James. Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite service from start to finish. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a new car or service. A truly KIA convert.

Great Customer Sales by James Mann in car exchange process. My new car KIA XCEED Compact to day in returning my previous car 🚗 KIA STONIC Compact. As James has been my contact for more than ten years.
