This company is a complete shambles and a disgrace. Suits are good quality and fit well but they are just not worth the hassle of there APPALLING customer services. Emails go unanswered for days and sometimes weeks. They are impossible to get hold of on the phone. I had to chase my suit almost daily and it arrived the day before the wedding only due to my constant chasing. They forgot one of the ties and we ended up looking round shops the morning of the wedding looking for ties. We never found what we were looking for so was left feeling very dissapointed and upset. Not received a refund for this and emails are still unanswered. AVOID at all costs. They are a disgrace and I will be contacting trading standards

When I purchased the special offer of the suit I spent time and effort filling in my details size cut ECT just to find I received just the waistcoat to add to this I even payed for alterations of the suit they took my money and these services were not needed as they were not going to offer me the full suit at the discount price . I feel really disappointed with this product and the way it is marketed. I have no trust in buying off the internet anymore it should not be allowed .

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. When you placed your order, you selected waistcoat only and paid for a Waistcoat. You didn’t buy a full suit. I’m not sure why you are expecting us to send a full suitbfor the price of a waistcoat. If you need the full suit, you should’ve selected that option and order a full three piece suit. Please check your invoice or email sales if you need clarification.

Woeful customer Service/Unprofessional Company This review is based on personal experience of dealings with the company Jennis and Warmann. On the 31st January 2018 I ordered via their website 5 Tweed suits. The order was for standard fitting, off the self-sizing, with no customisation. At the foot of the page in bold red lettering, it stated that the items were handmade to order and delivery took 2-3 weeks but clients should be advised that for final delivery could take up to 30 days. My order finally arrived 51 days later. In between the 51 days were emails and phones calls asking the simplest of questions which weren’t answered – 1. Where’s my confirmation of order email (breach of company terms and conditions, conditions of purchase 2.2) 2. Where’s my receipt/invoice of payment 3. Where are my suits exactly The standard of customer care/focus/service was woefully inadequate and wanting. There was a blatant disregard for customer/client needs and answers to questions. For example I was asked to check my ‘junk’ email for an invoice when clearly there wasn’t one sent. The only thing I wanted was information from the company to inform me about my order, lacking in every respect. My own personal experience with company Jennis and Warmann, their employees/owners Mr Jennis Asiamah and Ella has caused 51 days of stress, frustration and anger. I never wanted to write a review but felt compelled, 1. As a form of therapy and 2. To inform others of the unprofessional, unreliable and downright disrespect for their customers. Recommendation; I will not be recommending the company given my experience. Advice; No matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you believe you are, how you treat be people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything.

Purchased 5 suits and the most important one the groom got completely wrong 4 times . Ended up trying to get refund and then having to purchase elsewhere at more cost as the day approached. Avoid this company as too risky if your suit don't fit first time . Customer service very bad and unprofessional staff that can't measure . So it's pot luck and your risk if it goes wrong . All made in China hence why if it's goes wrong you got no chance of a new one . Was not worth the stress they put in us for an important day that they just did not care for at all .They don't listen to the bad reviews but hope you do and avoid !!

Suit quality ok Tailoring was awful Communications pathetic Reliability suspect I ordered 14 tailored suits and 8 of them were incorrectly tailored, even after two attempts from their tailor. J is a great sales person. However, I wouldn't spend another pound with this company. Many of the plus reviews are false. The company had already leaked that out. They pay anyone for good reviews to dilute the appalling service. Please people. Keep your money or at least spend elsewhere. My dealings with this company was the most traumatic experience in my 44 years. Unprofessional. Unreliable. False. Unconcerned. Amateurs.

I can't understand how this place works! Fantastic suit suits but sales and managers have not idea! I've emailed, called tried everything to contact someone but no reply. I've travelled over 2hrs each way to see shop twice now and prepared to buy FIVE suits but just not interested ...such a shame. They can't keep goin as a business like this ! Reading similar reviews makes me hesitant to carry on especially when I'm spending 1600 plus !!

Absolutely terrible. Measured for a suit. Sent the wrong size. Emailed with no response. Couldnt get an answer due to always being out of the office. No phone number for shop. Do not use.

The customer service is the worst I have ever had. The suits are made in china and the material is very poor quality, not a nice custom tweed suit. The pictures of the suits don't represent the actual color of the suits and the style in the photos are for custom versions, not the one you are buying, which is not advertised anywhere on the site. I had bought these for a wedding two months in advance with priority shipping. Not only did the suits come late and without any priority shipping, but the items were nowhere near advertised. The color was black, not gray and the stye was completely off. When I called to fix the issue the manager stated that it was my fault and that they are not responsible for how the item looks on their site and the delay in shipping. Now I had to buy new suits from another store and the seller will not refund or fix the suits. So I am now at a loss of 1400 dollars. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Delivery time was later than advised, reason, delay coming fron 'Hong Kong', something not mentioned on the web site. Suit could have done with some alterations, but due to it's delay there wasn't enough time. Only positive feed back appears on the main web site, for anything negative there is a seperate web page.

Hello Patricia, Everything is explained on our website nice and clear. How you bought the suit without reading the Delivery and Returns really is strange. It is right next to the descriptions tab and your suit was delivered in good time. We can only send you the size you order that is why we have a guide to help you choose the right size or take your measurements and send to us.
