“Great suit for the price. Only thing I would do differently is order the baggy fit trousers as I ordered the regular fit. They are tight on my thighs. Unfortunately I haven't got time to send them back for alteration.”

“I looked on the internet for tweed suits for my upcoming wedding. I came across Jennis & Warmann and read all about what they had to offer and I was impressed but very cautious about ordering anything online, let alone out of the country (I live in the U.S.). I looked through all the suits and really liked the variety the offered and decided to figure out the time difference and call. I called and spoke with Jay and we went over my concerns, needs and what I wanted out of my suits. We discussed sizing, the process of taking good measurements and shipping. After the phone call I felt better about ordering a suit from them and decided to go through with it......and I am glad I did. My brown tweed suits arrived after 3 weeks so actually a week ahead of schedule of the original 4 week timeframe and the sizing was spot on. The jacket was a little big at the shoulders, but that was due to my measuring and will be taken in accordingly. The quality of the suits is great and they are well put together and classy. I am very happy with them! They ship worldwide DHL in a box so they will need to be pressed, but Jennis & Warmann clearly state this under their FAQ's so I wasn't shocked and expected this. The only real issue I had with the entire process was the lack of communication which made me nervous. Jay was a littele hard to comprehend at first and after putting my order and measurements in and receiving my confirmations, I never heard back for weeks until I was notified my order was fulfilled and being shipped. I had emailed before then inquiring about the status and never heard back. All in all though, I am very happy (and relieved) with the suits and their quality, fit and feel! I definitely recommend Jennis & Warmann!!”

“The suit I ordered is beautifully made and great value for money. It arrived as promised within my target delivery date being well under the 35 day detailed delivery lead time I would only comment that the jacket is not quite as pictured. The pockets are not slanted and it does not have a pocket watch pocket. Apart from that lovely suit and will buy again”

“Suits were of nice quality and finish although my jacket and waistcoat were very loose when received from overseas despite have a very tight fitting (tailored). But this is probably mainly due to losing a bit of weight in the 4 weeks they took to come. Trousers fitted perfect. All in all very nice but I would of liked a bit more interaction on the fittings day with the man who measured us up. A little hard work to drum up talk......”

“My suit took a little while to arrive, but on first inspection the quality and the cut seem first class. The jacket sleeves are a tiny bit short but I often have this problem (longer than average arms I think), - hopefully Jennis and Warmann will be able to sort this out for me when I contact them.”

“Nice choice of tweed (nevertheless a mustard green is lacking) and good tissue quality. Mesurement are reliable. Unfortunatly the seam of the trousers had a defaut and came undone after few days. Appart from that the suit was perfectly OK. Some problems with DHL for internationnal shipping (impossible to contact in case of delivery issue). If possible choose another way of shipping.”

“Suit was a good fit. Sometimes hard to get hold of if wanting to confirm things but a better suit for a low price you would be hard pressed to find. Exceptional value. When you did get hold of them on the phone generally quite helpful. I will shop here again for sure. Trousers could do with a half lining”

“Received my two suits, for myself and my best man. They are both made to measure, mine fits like a glove and looks top notch. My best man is yet to try his on so I can't speak for his yet but it is clearly of a very good quality (its the only reason I've not rated as "Very Good". The only thing I would say is some sort of status tracker from Submission/Payment to Delivery would be good. Adds peace of mind that the order is progressing. I would recommend and order another suit if I had a call for it.”

“Pleased with the cut, fit and quality for a reasonable price but come on fellas sort out your packaging! Arrived in a big box - inside was a screwed up ball in a tiny plastic bag!!”

“More than happy with the suit/fit, can't wait to wear it for a wedding Easter weekend. Very disappointed that the suit came squashed in a small box however and will now need to get it dry cleaned before I even wear it!!”

Sorry Marc, We are glad you liked the suit. Sorry about the crease but DHL require us to do this for safe transit. A little pressing and you have it back perfect. Even hanging it return it to normal over few days. We appreciate your custom.

“Although i have only ordered samples at this point and sent a few emails the service seems to be good, shame there isnt a branch closer to me as would like to see the suits in the flesh!”

“We have had a fantastic experience with Jennis and Warmann. They have made the whole grooms party suits and they are fab. We had a few problems with sizes but as soon as we notified them they were more than willing to fix them. We would definitely recommend using Jennis and Warmann if you are looking for an extra special suit. Great prices and great quality.”

“When ordering, It said "in stock" I thought that would mean immediate dispatch, and arrive with in the week. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and nearly missed the event it was ordered for. Well priced, good suit. Needed a good ironing on arrival, to get rid of the crease marks make during postal”
