“Have only been on for 2 days but find the food amazing. The website has some features that need work though, it was very confusing trying to order online. I feel this could easily be simplified by showing calendar views of weeks so you can order in advance. It would also be really easy if you could use an app to record your food and weight tracked as well.”
“Great for weight loss, however way too expensive, do not need to be contacted or see a dietitian, the food needs to change more often get so bored with the constant same, bring in more hot breakfasts eg: more egg on the menu”
“Ordering online allows you take your time in deciding what food you want to purchase for the week. It can be stressful trying to decide this during a consultation. Being able to order online also takes away the stress of travelling to a store. I'm surprised this was not made available sooner.”

“You need to extend the menus to 6 weeks menus after the first four weeks going onto the next four weeks is tough you get bored of the food and dosent give me motivation to keep going if there was 6 week menus I’d be happily able to do 3 months I’m struggling”

“At the beginning it was great and easy to follow, I enjoyed the meals and got an 8 week free trial with an online consultant. I managed to lose 5 kg in 5 weeks.
However, my consultant stopped calling after 3 weeks and haven't heard from him since. My third order was missing 10 items out of the box, my fourth order I received an email saying some items were out of stock, these said items were not in my menu for that week, so i was worried I was sent wrong menu, got my order and it was the one I ordered ( confusing ). Even though I have continued to order the meals each week, excluding 2 weeks where I missed the cut off period for ordering , I have not received a call from my consultant even if it were to say that it was void because I missed a few weeks.
Disappointed in lack of care, very over priced for what you get and would not recommend online service, I would recommend using a local clinic. Local clinics seem to be not associated with online jenny craig,when you ring they put you through to someone else who put you through to someone else. Very frustrating.”
“I’ve found the food quite tasty and the variety is there. I just wish for online ordering they had a longer cut off. If I don’t place my order by Wednesday I miss the delivery for the next week and have to wait the following week instead - means I’m out of J.C food a whole week.”
