“I was disappointed to find that the delivery charge has been re-instated after two weeks of membership. I note - after being told by a consultant - that a warning about this is to be found in the T & C. Hidden in the T & C, I'd probably say. Perhaps be a bit more upfront on the website about this?”
“When I placed my order, it didn't ask what date I wanted delivery and completed the order. I couldn't see where I could go back to the order to check the delivery date information.
I also tried clicking on Live Chat and nothing happened.”
“To make the program work better for me I would like more than 5 swaps, this needs to be increased.
Most food is generally good though the ham/bacon in the quiche is tough and almost inedible, the eggs on the bacon and egg muffin are no where near as nice as they used to be before it was scrambled eggs and the feta and pumpkin salad has way to many herbs in it and the rice is really tough, was unable to get through it.
The program is very expensive for the food you get, it’s nearly doubled to what it was when I did the program last (given that was a number of years ago). Not sure how long I will be able to justify $180 plus about $60-80 in grocery items a week.
My consultant is wonderful though.”
