“The Ring of Hugo is a true Ring of Power. The ring fits perfectly on my middle finger, just like it was worn in the films. There was great communication with the Jens Hansen team making sure the ring was custom-made to the specifics I wanted, with the larger size to fit me. The natural blue sapphire is darker than I expected, but sparkles a lighter blue when the light hits it, hinting at the magic from the ring that inspired the piece. The ring is a true pleasure and is simply "precious".”

“I cannot be more pleased with Jens Hansen. Every step of the ordering and delivery process exceeded my expectations and the rings themselves were magnificent. I even ordered the wrong size and they helped me by resizing and navigating customs and shipping. They are fantastic.”

“Satisfied with the product it came as it was described on the website. The elvish runes are unfortunately not complete but still good and I would have preferred if it was laser engraved. But it's still a good product worth its price.”

Thank you for the review and video - I can confirm that the runes are in fact laser engraved - and the runes are complete with lines 1&2 of the famous Black Speech poem repeated on the outside and lines 3&4 featuring once inside with the other half of the inside being reserved for the official authenticity marks of Jens Hansen, Weta and NewLine Cinema

“I can tell that the quality of the ring is very high and that it feels as worthy as an elven ring should be. The oxidisation was made well and the ‘ornaments’ too. Gladly, it fits perfectly, so I wear it whenever I leave my house. If it weren’t for the gemstone, I would be perfectly happy. This too, is well made in general. Unfortunately, I do hate the shade of blue I chose. The picture I took looks the same as the one on the product page as if this hue can’t be captured the way it truly is. So I can’t fault anyone here. Nevertheless, this is a big down for me. Since I can’t afford to pay the shipping back to Hansen, another gemstone, the shipping back to me, and the second custom fee, I have no choice but to keep it. However, I will keep my eyes open for a local jewel crafter to have it changed into a blue I love so one day it won’t disappoint me anymore when I look at it.”

“All bought jewelery pieces are fantastic and georgious. From a service perspective, I see room for improvement. Personally, I liked the even shorter communication with a jeweler maker better, that finetuned a piece for me and gave me some practical hints. I'd have expected the practical hints from the front servers (like how to get a piece off more easily, how to keep it clean and safe, what size the ring actually is having, and would be great to hear, if they know the source / origin of the gold, which would provide additional sustainability if gold sources are decided purposful). Also I felt being underestimated. It should be irrelevant who is coming in, the way they come in. The service could have bit more back to the roots, grounded way. Probably difficult to give here clear guidance, as it might be very individual feelings triggered. Just want to point out, go more relaxed, less stiff, more natural with customers. Regardless, I felt supported and trusted at any time.”
