“My partner and I ordered the Lord of Rings set for our wedding rings. I gasped when I saw the rings. The quality, in my eyes, can't be beaten. The engraving on the rings is beautiful. I have a few friends who are thinking of getting married in the upcoming years and I recommended Jens Hansen for the weddings rings.”

“This Ring is awesome. I gave it to my wife and she loves it. It has a good hefty feel to it, beautiful lasered inscription on it and the shipping was fairly quick; 8 days from New Zealand to Harlingen, Texas. It arrived a week sooner than I expected.”

“Thank you so much for making this ring! It has always been a dream of mine to have an elvish inspired wedding ring. Your customer service was really excellent, Erin was kind, receptive and very accommodating. So thank you! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I was a little surprised at the hue of the ring, which turned out to be more of a dirty light yellow with flecks of white rather than a smooth white gold. This might be to do with the fact it is 9ct and not 18ct, but I would have liked to be warned that it may look like this which would have given me opportunity to reconsider.”

“The ordering process was simple, the questions I had were expertly answered by Erin, thank you! We received these rings, Bilbo ring and petite elvish ring, in really good time. In terms of the visual aspect, these were stunning and my partner described hers as “perfect”. I will probably be ordering the Gollum ring in the future, as I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you to all the team.”

“Did what it said on the label, my wife has now both rings. I was looking for something different & found it with these two items. The elf message on the inside of the rings makes the items special. Excellent service & support utilizing live chat & email.”

“I love the quality and they delivered on time! Unfortunately, my custom engraving wasn't long enough to wrap around the entire circumference of the rings and they asked me if I wanted to add anymore words. They said they would ship out my rings soon at 4pm. The problem was, it was 2:30pm and I didn't see the email until my shift at work ended at 4:30pm. I definitely would have requested to add more words if they had given me a more reasonable response window. Hopefully they provide their future customers with better service.”

“I LOVE my new elvish script pendant. Amazing quality, fast response times and shipping, fantastic selection and engraving options. Ive been with this jewelry company for many years and it's by far my favorite. The customer service is friendly and fair. The pieces crafted are unique and have many design options. If I ever become rich I will keep these guys very busy lol also...THEY MADE THE ONE RING...”

“The staff is amazing and keep you updated the whole time, as well as answer any questions. Even online it feels very personal and individual. These guys are pretty expensive let’s not lie, you can get rings for a 1/3rd the price and heavier weight of gold, HOWEVER! Once you hold a Jens Hansen ring in your hands, you’ll know IMMEDIATELY where the price comes from - QUALITY. Every jeweler will say they’re world class, but these guys are the only ones that can claim that with 100% truth!”
