“Both the ring and the necklace were incredible. My fiance loved it and it was a perfect surprise. The team was also incredible to communicate with and they were with me every step of the way until the shipment arrived. Thank you for everything :)”

“My daughter has recently read the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit books. She asked if she could by one. I started researching and found many but reviews were poor quality. I eventually found Jens Hansen in someone’s review. They said pay the extra it’s worth it. I told her that this one was more than some but would last longer than the cheap ones. She decided to pay the extra and so far(one week in) she is very happy with her purchase. I agree, it appears to be a very high quality replica. It appears to be holding the writing well one week in, that was the major complaint in the reviews of other rings. They also sent great updates as to when it would be delivered.”

“This has been one of the best experiences I've had purchasing an item online, the shipment of my package came faster than expected, I could track my packaging and I received it two days earlier, it came in perfect condition and wrapped perfectly. “Best jeweler I have ever purchased from. I had extra room for more engraving and they called me up to let me know before they shipped it out. “Dear Jens, Of course, the idea of the Ring has always been forever divine. The marketing is strong, but not pushy-- subtly resonant. It took me two years before I finally sprang for the experience. Nothing to do, but simply snag that will-o'-the-wisp as my very own precious. I like how you sent the blacked-out rings with the inscription proofs-- as close to a sonogram the noble metals can emulate. Your personal notes through the process provided an accoucheur's warmth and sense of security. Although I had resoundingly annoying problems with DHL's dreadful clumsiness regarding the delivery- I had to call them time after time and actually had to sit in a lounge chair at the head of the street for two hours to hail the truck down after a two-day delay-- I choose not to remember that as any integral part of the process. The fusion of fantasy, art, craft, business, and customer service into your own special blend of mithral makes me suppose you sometimes grin like Faberge must have upon his first discovery of rose gold. Thank you craftsman! A very grateful Larry Bagwell”
