“This is my second order from Jens-Hansen. The ordering process was easy and the production estimate of 3 weeks ended up being almost exactly accurate. Packaging kept the ring safe in transit and it arrived in beautiful condition with a nice polishing cloth and a not-so-nice foam gift box (the foam's "lips" are a little hard and the last time I inserted the ring into them, it came out with a small scratch on the surface that has mostly buffed out with the included cloth). Will be ordering a silver Ring for Viggo in the near future, and I'll just know to refrain from using the box for storage next time.”
