“I'm totally blown away by the One Ring and silver chain that I recently purchased from Jens Hansen, and I just can't stop wearing them! They're beautiful! I've shown all my friends too, and they're equally impressed. Probably the best drunken purchase I've ever made, you know what I mean! A vodka or three makes you throw caution to the wind; stuff the credit card bill at the end of the month! But unlike many of the other gifts I've bought for myself when in a slightly sozzled state, I don't regret buying these. No sir! I'm just off to the supermarket, wearing a zip down hoodie. Check out my One Ring, you heathens! It's not just any old ring, it's a Jens Hansen ring! Ah, it's wasted on that lot. I appreciate it anyway. Hopefully I'll be able to afford the 18k solid gold version one day. I'll have to get very drunk for that.”

“I was absolutely blown away with the quality that Jens Hansen provided. The box was beautifully wrapped and the ring is positively gorgeous with amazing detail. The ring has a very interesting weight to it which gives it a lot of character which I personally love.”

“Huge Tolkien fan here. This is my favorite jewelry store! Everyone was extremely helpful every step of the way. Not a single hiccup! I’ve purchased several pieces and absolutely love every one. All of this was done from the other side of the world in the USA as well. I hope to come to New Zealand and visit the store some day! 10/10 I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from Jens Hansen!”

“While I do like the ring (9ct gold sized 11 standard band thickness), I find I prefer the dimensions of the weta ring (of the same size) a little more. The Weta workshop ring is a little thicker, and more rounded across the edge of the band. I feel like the Jens Hansen design is more thin, while the thicker design of the Weta ring is more true to movie form. so I wear the weta ring more often.”

“I ordered the one ring and chain which set me back $457.00 very good quality and presentation but later found out I could buy it at nearly half that price from a jeweler in Australia? The ring is a gift for my daughters 30th in June, I would not buy from Jens Hansen again, I would shop around more to get a better deal!”

Hi Roger, Thanks for your kind words about the quality of our products. Regarding the price of similar items in Australia I could be wrong but I think you will find that our Weta Jens Hansen The One Ring replica is the world's only official Prop Replica version of the Ring, as featured in the Peter Jackson movie trilogy, and is only available directly from ourselves and Weta. There are many other official and non-licensed rings made by other manufacturers around the world but we know from experience that only our Ring shape and Chain design are exact matches of the ones we made for the films and that our Ring is typically 50 to 100% heavier than the other manufacturer items we have come across. Always looks for the Weta and Jens Hansen trademark symbols inside the band to be sure you are comparing with an exact movie prop replica.
