“Absolubly love my monthly subscription. The charms have all been lovely and are a great size (not Diddy, so you can't see what they are) I always get compliments when wearing them. The gold plate seems to be wearing quite well so far, I had a issue where one month went missing in the mail but customer service was exceptional and sent a replacement straight away.”

“I canceled my subscription after two charms. To pay €22 extra every time was a bit to much.”

Hello Laura Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that you had to pay €22 in extra charges for the boxes. This sounds like it was likely due to customs charges because of Brexit. Nevertheless, A member of our team is going to be in touch via email to confirm this. Our team are working on getting all of the customs charges for our boxes pre-paid before they are sent out to the EU. This way our subscribers will be able to avoid the extra charges. We should have this set up by around late July early August. The Jewel & The Gang Team

“Love the surprise element every month, I get 2 boxes, one for me and one for my daughter. It’s a treat for us as we make a drink and sit and open our boxes together. As for quality, the charms are beautifully made, no scratchy parts, and the shine is lovely. Choice of subjects is good too, it’s nice to not know what you’re getting, and we haven’t been disappointed. The only issue I’ve had is that my chain broke, but I do wear it constantly.”

“Very happy with this subscription! The charms are really well made, quality is amazing. But more importantly they are really quite unusual (the cloud with little stars is just unbelievable!) and very pretty. I like the chains too.”

“Unfortunately I am unsure if the charms and necklace are 925 Sterling Silver, as they have dulled a lot in a very short space of time and don't have that real jewellery metal "feel"”
