“Unfortunately I am unsure if the charms and necklace are 925 Sterling Silver, as they have dulled a lot in a very short space of time and don't have that real jewellery metal "feel"”

I can confirm that the charms and necklace are made of 92.5% sterling silver so this shouldn't be the case.
