“I canceled my subscription after two charms. To pay €22 extra every time was a bit to much.”

Hello Laura Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that you had to pay €22 in extra charges for the boxes. This sounds like it was likely due to customs charges because of Brexit. Nevertheless, A member of our team is going to be in touch via email to confirm this. Our team are working on getting all of the customs charges for our boxes pre-paid before they are sent out to the EU. This way our subscribers will be able to avoid the extra charges.
