“I cannot stress how great Jewellers Ark have been, I bought a necklace as a gift at the best price I could find online. Unfortunately on the first wear it broke, I contacted them and they asked me to return it to them which I did, they sent it back by return of post with a replacement chain, absolutely fabulous customer service! The next time I'm looking to buy jewellery I definitely know where I'll be shopping!”
