“Very good overall service in all areas. Best price I could find for my watch after a lot of internet research. Ordered late Friday night, dispatched on the weekend the next day and watch was delivered on Monday. This fast delivery was all free of charge. I rang as I had a small query about usage of my watch, the employee was extremely knowledgable and helpful - outstanding customer service.”

“The service was excellent with E Mails to acknowledge the order, posting date and even one to tell you it had been delivered. On top of that the item that I bought was at a very competitive price in fact the cheapest I found on the internet. I would recommend Jewellers Ark and would buy again from them with no hesitation.”

“Wild Roses Love Heart Pendant was ordered in the afternoon and was delivered 1st class the following morning. I had emailed them regarding the size and length of chain and pendant they emailed the same day and when it arrived it was exactly what they said it was. The quality was excellent. I would definately recommend this company. My friend is also looking on the website so hopefully might place an order. Thank you very much.”

“As I travel a lot I had been looking for a dual time watch for some time. I already have a Citizen Eco-Drive and like it a lot so was interested in the new AT dual time version. After trawling the internet the best price - by far - was with Jewellers Ark. So low in fact that I was a little suspicious at first but after reading about the company I decided to go ahead with the purchase. As the value was a few hundred pounds I paid with a credit card to give me the extra cover just in case. I soon discovered my concerns were completely unfounded, the watch was delivered within 18 hours and was exactly what I wanted. I had e-mail updates from when the order was placed, dispatched and delivered! Well done Jewellers Ark, I wish every transaction was as smooth!.”

“I ordered a GB02624/03/DD Rotary watch from Jewellers Ark on 17th May and it was delivered less than 48 hours later. I found it very useful that they shortened the bracelet for me prior to dispatch and at no extra cost. Overall I have been very pleased with my dealings and would definitely use again in the future.”

“I was extremely pleased with both my purchase and the service I received from Jewellers Ark. Firstly, their price was the best I found online for the item I was looking for. Secondly, despite my item arriving a couple of days late (the delay was explained as a combination of stock take and bank holiday weekend), when I called them to find out the status of my order, the lady I spoke to was extremely courteous and apologetic. I would definitely use Jewellers Ark again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.”
