“I rang through and someone came out that afternoon to resolve the issue. I selected J G Pest Control as they have a bee department so I knew they would only treat as last resort if not nest found . The bees were getting in from outside, up in to the Attic and onto my landing. Unfortunately I’m allergic so they had to go. He checked the attic and found no bees nest but 3 dead wasps nests which explains a lot! all gone in next to no time . I have no hesitation in recommending them amd I will use them again . Interestingly they also insulate attics so that will be my next call !”

“Awful. Avoid if you don't want to get utterly ripped off. Website gives all the right reassuring messages but in reality they'll send a toothless halfwit who complains as soon as he arrives that he "can't be arsed and wants to do one so he can go home for his tea". They'll charge you around £120 for the privilege. Terrible service across the board. Literally nothing good to say about them.”

“Ye my dad payed upfront as a pentiner they never said he would have to go out of is house and dog for 6 hours then trying to get a refund they charged him £100 pound + vat rip off company wouldn't use them ever again”

“Great friendly service. We had a persistent bee problem within our house. After calling JG Pest Control, they sent someone around the following day and within minutes the bees were no longer a problem.”

“Phone service and turnaround were v good. However, we had bees and were sad they had to be destroyed (as they apparently embedded in our wall). We chose JG as website claims that you try everything to save bees….but the technician gave the impression he’d never moved a bee in his life, and told me with delight that any bees leaving the area for other nests would contaminate and kill bees in those locations too. I know it’s sometimes unavoidable to destroy a nest but the impression I was left with was that your default is to eradicate, as that is cheaper and much less effort..,”

“I called to cancel the service and They Sid that they don’t refund even if we don’t use the services and their prices are extortionate compared to other pest control companies. As per the consumer rights they should be refunding customers and shouldn’t force people to use their services if they don’t want to . Please don’t use them”

“They sorted my home's minor mouse problem OK, but my other property with tenants was an administrative disaster. On two occasions the driver could not find a parking place near the house and drove away. I carried on waiting for him and only learned what happened when I phoned the office. And they kept referring to me (a female) as Mr. on their documents in spite of being asked not to.”

I do apologise for the issues around parking, as you can appreciate the property is in London so parking can be difficult at the best of times.
