“I wasn't actually in attendance when the person came to do the job. However, I believe he did a satisfactory job and made the place safe. He did, however, arrive without a long ladder, although this had been stipulated as necessary when the order was placed.”

“He didn’t have to do anything. We rang on the Sunday as there were loads of wasps in the loft. He came out on the Monday, he looked in the loft and said he couldn’t see any and left. Paid for nothing really !”
