“Job number - W401933 Very professional, turned up on time, no fuss and did the job in no time at all. Despite it being 'on offer' there was no need for a repeat visit as the first treatment killed the wasps' nest that was causing us problems. Highly recommended.”

“I requested assistance with a willow tree that we believed had a wasp nest in it as it was covered in wasps. When the man arrived, he said I doubt it’s a nest it’s the sap of willows that wasps are attracted to, he was correct. If when I had phoned I had been told this I would have done further investigating myself and thus avoided a very large bill. The man sprayed the tree anyway which didn’t need doing with a hose that leaked.”

“JG Pest Control are a bit shocking...beware! I paid a considerable amount of money for a first visit. They were unable to do anything except advise that we contact Thames Water for CCTV surveys and look into collapsed drains where rodents are likely to have entered. This naturally took longer than their 3 month time-limit. They will now not attend and are asking for full payment again! This was all based upon their poor advice. I would try somewhere else first. Somewhere that has a little more customer flexibility and loyalty.”

“If I could give no stars I would.First time you didn't come.Second time came out earlier than agreed than refused to wait the time for me to get to you.After you had agreed. Still waiting for return of my money.Not answering phone when I ring.Not answering my emails.I am now in the process of taking them to small claim court”

“Initil visit was 3 hours late and I'd got up early to accommodate you. Horrendous smell lasted for 2 weeks so I had to wear a mask when entering my utility. First spraying was fast and did not completely do the job so you had to come back to respray a coulee of months later. This, you inform me was successful, for which I'm grateful. In other words a successful job but I was in a mess for 4 months having to empty my garden room and garage into other areas of the house. A few whinges above but thanks for doing the job and returning to make sure the bugs were eradicated.”
