“They came out the next day and completely got rid of my wasps. I didn’t have to do a thing. Then I had another three weeks covered to call them back if the wasps came back, but I didn’t need to. Excellent and would recommend”

“Rated 5 out of 5 stars If you have bedbugs ask for Michael!! If you have bedbugs ask for Michael!!. I learnt more about bedbugs in the years of dealing with these nightmare things!! I have been battling with bedbugs for 2/3 years now. It didn't help with covid as nobody would come out. It turned out the whole building was infested. I was literally going crazy & ended up sleeping on plastic chairs in the kitchen. Psychologically & physically I was worn out. Last Nov I contacted Jg pest control for heat treatment. I also asked them to check the other 2 flats in my building for activity (I know they came from flat b). As I suspected they were coming from flat b. As flat b didn't have any money I payed for a chemical spray as I couldn't handle this nightmare anymore. Everything was good for 3 months until I saw a bedbug run across my bed!. Again I got the team out for a chemical spray. Again, everything was good for 6 months until I saw 2 bedbugs on my brand new headboard. Let me tell you I have got 2 new sofas,2 new beds and frames, completely gutted the carpet's and have laminate flooring throughout and painted the place. Cost a fortune. I thought that really was the end. So,this is my 3rd bedbug treatment in 9 months. Michael arrived today and was the answer to my prayers as he is the bedbug guy. Every question I had,he new the answer. Within seconds he found a nest a bedbugs in the bedroom. He new exactly where to look. He also told me what I need to do to help the infestation of them - everything must go in plastic boxes for one. He said I need somebody to come back in 1month for more treatment. However the long & short of it is my other two tenants don't get the spray & do as I do this will go on forever. In future I will always ask for Michael and I suggest if you are plagued with the same problem as me,you do the same. Michael,thankyou so much for your advice and wisdom. I wish I met you 9 months ago. Thankyou so much, Michael.”

“The technician attending on 5/10/2022 - Barrie Finch - was most courteous, friendly and informative. He went up my ladder to confirm my visual of wasps entering via rooftop cavity. Donned his 'spacesuit' and injected Ficam D. Must have been over 100 angry wasps in a cloud, whereas before maybe 10 to 20 had been in transit. The blighters had obviously been having an inside mass construction. This morning, just a few late returnees, immediately buzzing off. Hope this second visit works. The initial visit on 26/09 was a failure. The technician would not go up the ladder, but injected the inappropriate powder from ground level. The wasps returned two days later and had obviously carried on where they had left off. You should amend your records to show wasps as the problem; the initial diagnosis of bees, as suspected by the operator during phone call for booking, was wrong. Two stars for initial visit; four stars for Barrie. Considering the upfront cost an eye watering £192 - later found a wasp hitman nearby who would charge £60 all inclusive - JG not deserving of five stars. Barrie says to wait 7 days. Report to JG if the blighters return for a third attempt at setting up home. God forbid! The whole ten days been very stressful pour moi. Am 77 and already have sky high BP.”

“Wasps seem to have been killed. But my car was covered with white powder. I suggest you amend your advance info to advise of this possibility. I messaged you to this effect but received no answer. Shortly afterwards we had a wasp nest on the other side of the house but your guarantee emphatically does not cover that. I used the Council for this nest as their charge is half yours and also their guarantee covers the whole house. Your price is very high. But you were able to deal with my problem quickly and over a weekend.”
