“The sales staff in the shop were very helpful . Dissapointed with the fitting,either when they refitted the door or the piece under the door they damaged the gloss paint on both surrounds .”

“Good choice and very helpful staff - Adam has been great with what has been a complicated order for karndean and carpet for a number of rooms. slight glitch in communication between guy measuring and the sales staff resulting in a second visit to remeasure but overall very good service.”

“Bought a carpet for the landing and stairs. Selection available was huge at competitive prices dependant on the quality. All staff were courteous and helpful and the fitters on the day were great.Will definitely go back to jim's for future carpet requirements!”
