"If you measure yourself as advised on the website, your clothing will fit you perfectly. Their sizing is specific to them so don't presume your usual size is the one to pick.\r\n\r\nI bought two dresses in different colours and I love, LOVE them!\r\n\r\nThe only disappointing thing is they cannot be washed or dry cleaned, spot clean only (how are you supposed to clean them?) Living in a hot climate I needed to wash them having literally sweat myself stupid all day whilst wearing them. I ended up hand washing them in cold water and drip drying them.\r\n\r\nI would definitely shop here again. Great experience!"

"I purchased a tea lenght dress, purse and 2 bracelets from JJ's House for a wedding this past weekend...7-9-23. I cannot tell you how easy it was to deal with this company. Any questons I had were answered immediately. The dress I ordered was a few sizes bigger then I needed but had to because of my waist size. I had it altered locally. My normal size is a 10 but had to order a 16W...no big deal. The dress was delivered in less than 2 weeks and the purse and bracelets were delivered within a week. I will order from them again."

“Thieves. The dress was never delivered it's been a few months I tried to contact them there's not even a number I can call I could only text them and they said oh I better go find out who delivered it! (They couldn't even tell me who delivered the dress) this was supposed to be for my parents funeral in Arlington Cemetery Washington DC. There is a reason why I never order anything online and I'm absolutely disgusted. I am going to buy American for now on and I am going to try to find every way to warn people about these thieves at "JJ's".”

“I’ve purchased with JJshouse several times. The orders were customized dresses since I am a petite woman. So far the dresses were beautiful, just as described in the pictures. “I love the dress that I picked out but I didn't realize that their sizing is smaller than normal as I usually wear a size 10 but when it arrived it was too tight. It is my fault for not ordering the try on for $10 and buying a final sale item without knowing the sizing. So I will be ordering try ons for my daughter's wedding to get the correct sizing. Now I cannot return the final size so make sure you try on a size before buying any of the dresses. Other than that, the dress was beautifully made and now I have to sell it.”

“Hi I recently bought a bridesmaid dress here since the domain address ends in AU. I never had any trouble dealing with any Australian website not until today. See, this dress I ordered shows in their website that it has return policy and only custom made sizes are not returnable But here is the disclaimer, ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO LEARN WHETHER IT IS RETURNABLE OR NOT If you check my pictures below, you will see that I ordered a standard size of AU 10 only for this dress But when I ordered it, suddenly there is a note to say IT IS NON RETURNABLE. WHICH DID NOT APPEAR WHEN YOU ARE STILL PLACING THE ORDER AND NOT FINALISED IT YET THE FUNNY THING IS, BASED ON THEIR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY, ANY MADE TO ORDER DRESS CANCELLED AFTER 5 days, you wont receive any monies back. Even if it was not shipped yet!!!! So I cancelled my order, and they are telling me now that IT IS A CUSTOM MADE DRESS!!! When in fact they did not mention it when I ordered it. “I will NOT recommend anyone buying from this site. First I orderd a dress based on my own measurment and gave them the measurements they request. They sent me a dress that was way too short. It reached my mid-thigh. It was supposed to be long. I did not get full refund and they did not make a new dress. They did not follow what they promise in there guidlines. They did agree to sell me fabric to repear the dress myself, but I had to pay for the fabric and the shipment. The coulor on the fabric they sent did not match the dress. They did not give me full refund even though their guidlines promise this. I had to argue to get anything and even then they tried to trick me out of money. So, do not buy a dress for JJ’s if you are not willing to take the chance of loosing your money. If they do any mistake you have to pay the cost.”

“We love JJ’s house. I have ordered twice for my daughter. Never had any issues. You can track your order the whole time to your house. Did not take near as long as I thought it would. I love paying the extra $20 to custom order dresses for their exact body size. My daughter wanted a yellow 2 piece dress and that’s exactly what we were able to get at JJ’s…I know we will order again.”
