“I still have not received my order so I cannot comment as yet. Only that your delivery is very poor. ASOS and others can have an order delivered in 12 hours free.”

“1 pair of jeans took about 2 months to arrive. Right out of the bag, all of the lettering was already peeling off?? Comfy, but I feel like the design won’t last more than 2 washes :(”

“Ordered 8 items and only received 6 also payed 2-3 days Hermes delivery didn’t get delivered until nearly 2 weeks later, missing items have emailed multiple times to receive the same automated email advising me to enjoy my order even though I’ve advised I missing multiple items no one has bothered to help me. Use to love shopping here however put me off.”

“The coat is lovely however too big so waiting for the xs as may fit better however it has taken 2 Weeks and we have still not received it so I am hoping I can return the larger size still if the small is tree best size but as mentioned still awaiting the 2nd coat and jumpers from order placed 2 weeks ago”

“I received an email from JK Attire asking me to review the purchase I made with them 14 days ago, however, unfortunately, the only review I can give is that it still has not arrived. This is despite the delivery time stipulating only 2-3 days. Perhaps JK Attire should consider using a different courier in the future if they wish to retain any kind of customer loyalty. I am now just hoping that JK Attire will reclaim the goods from the courier and issue me a full refund as I am not particularly interested in the purchase anymore.”
