“I have not received two of my 3 items and I paid for additional postage after ordering 24 December I am still without my goods. Despite chasing I paid 78.00 and only have one item for 78.00 pounds! No sign of the other goods and it’s 20th January 2022. Quite upset as they were promised and I have sent six emails. Now without my Xmas presents for friends :-(”

“Need a lot of patience if you order from this company in terms of keeping you up to date and for the product to arrive. Still has not arrived, been over the 2-3 working day shipment and have waited a few days longer with my order not being shipped!. Tried to contact through Email, Shopify and Instagram, got a single response from Insta but nothing since, still awaiting the order or even some form of communication, would be nice to have someone who can communicate the problem or the delay but unfortunately not.”

“Ordered on 12/8, was shipped on 12/13 but tracking has been stuck on "En route to DHL eCommerce Distribution Center" since the same day. Messaged JK Attire through their site on 12/22, they told me "my package was already shipped and to wait". I contacted again on 1/4, in response they said "I have just checked your order; it is currently in transit and will be at your place soon.". A few hours later I got another message apologizing, saying they'll send a replacement later that week. When I checked tracking, instead of being stuck in the same place, it's now invalid. 10 more days pass and no new tracking or any kind of update. I'd sent another message and got "We are currently working on your problem. Please allow us some times to get back to you within a few business days.". This is starting to get ridiculous, it's almost February and still there's nothing to show. No explanation of any kind as to why they're so many delays. It seems to be a hit or miss whether or not you actually get your order. If I knew their shipping and customer service was this incompetent I would have never given them a chance and ordered somewhere else with a better reputation.”

“Didn't take a long time to arrive so I am satisfied with the delivery, the jeans are fine at the leg but a little tight around the waist but are still wearable nonetheless, would definitely buy from here again the fabric is brilliant quality”

“Awful customer service. Ordered on a Monday paid £5 for next day delivery. Didn’t receive the parcel till the Thursday. When I got in touch about it they just tell me my parcel has been delivered and then when I reply they just ignore it and say nothing more. Products are good but as far as customer service goes.. not impressed”

“Ordered twice: first order came 2 weeks after . Second irder came with wrong products, and i was offered to send them back and wait again for the right products to be sent, getting a refund for postage. Refund policy : you pay your postage. Jeans very poor quality so they don’t fit well as they don’t stretch . Ordered size 10 for trousers and got something that look like size 14 … some products look nice but i won’t order again.”
