“The clothing is cool and trendy however the material is very thin. And when purchasing discounted products I’m unable to get a full refund only store credit . This is heavily unfortunate as I don’t want to buy any more of the thin material tracksuits”

“First of all the jacket came and it was quite trash quality, wayyy too big (should’ve said it’s oversized) then when I returned it they didn’t even give me a refund which is what I asked for they gave me in store credit🤦🏻‍♂️So stupid also they take flipping ages to reply to emails”

“First order never turned up. Second order missed puffer jacket. None of the enquires team seem to be of any help, ordered these clothes over a month and a half ago and still haven’t got all of the clothes ordered. I wouldn’t even bother.”

“It’s been more than 2 weeks and the T&T says i hasn’t even been shipped yet. Idk what is going on but Customer support simply says “allow us more time”. 16 days to pack an order? Nice apparel but sad service”

“I ordered a few items using klarna and after returning and asking for a refund, they sent me a gift card. I followed them up and after a few months and many emails back and forth, they eventually sent me the refund i initially requested. I am giving them 4 stars because they have nice clothes, and they eventually offered a satisfactory solution. Would recommend to someone who is actually looking to buy clothes ( i wasn't, i only ordered to see how the klarna process works and assumed they would refund me when i asked them to, they didnt because one of the items i bought was on sale. they can't offer refunds only gift cards in this case, but they broke their own policy to keep their customers happy.)”

“Still waiting on my goods ordered on 8th & 11th of januari. They just send copy and paste replies to questions concerning the orders. I also contacted them via instagram and they just remove your comments. All they do is trying to make it look as if they have positive comments only. I spend 250 euro's. which I'm fighting for to get back.”
