“Still haven’t arrived even though I had an email saying it was on its way, attempted to contact and I received 1 email and no response after that, won’t be ordering again, hoping it arrives are a refund is issued”

“Worst service ever? Nearly 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my order? Reached out on Instagram was told I’ll have a email on a update within 24-48 hours. Nothing 4-5 days later. One or the worst services I’ve had in a very long time considering I spent £220 on a basket.”

“The clothing is very well made and feels it too. However, the delivery wasn't as smooth as I had hoped; the delivery was on its way to me then midway went back to the sender who then sent it to me again. I just think Hermes should not be used as a courier and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of them.”

“I was sent the wrong item, which I returned promptly at a cost to myself because they refused to pay for return postage. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for my refund. Avoid this company if you can, their customer service team are unprofessional!!”

“My purchase has been absolutely terrible, I still haven’t received my items from the company. Tried to get in contact which has been horrendous to get a response from and when I get told I’m going to get a refund due to not having my items they then refuse to give me one, this company is a scam and wouldn’t ever purchase from them again.”
