“Really awful experience. Ordered a mystery box, sent to the wrong address, been trying to get a refund for a month. No progress made, as they just stop replying to emails. Really disappointed.”

“I bought a mystery box in January 2022, one would expect 5 different items as advertised within the box but 2 of the items were identical. I emailed asking if one of the duplicates could be replaced. Since then I have received various emails stating variously the matter would be looked into or we don’t refund mystery boxes. It has not mattered how many times I have emailed back to explain I only want to exchange one item which was duplicated. I held off writing a bad review until another email today saying we don’t refund mystery boxes. They clearly don’t care about customer service so I’m done.”

“JK Attire has become my favorite brand since I've discovered it. It has great quality clothing and different variety for loads of different styles. I have never had an issue with a item, and time I have contacted customer service they have been very prompt in their response. I have recommended this brand to several people and I will continue to shop with JK In the future.”

“Good quality products from the mystery package, with a great selection. Delivery was fast. But parcel arrived damage, I know this is no fault of their own, but more on the delivery company. But still satisfied with products.”

“I’m very disappointed with your customer care, I’m in the middle of trying to sort out an order with yourself but no one is getting back to me. The order came but was not as described and one item was the wrong size. Trying to sort this is out is impossible. I’m now not even getting replied to anymore. Very poor customer care.”

“Have ordered many of times and usually good. Last 2 orders have been awful! Had missing items which didn’t get refunded, then also another wrong sent me the wrong size, 2 clothes sizes too big and won’t send me out the size I ordered!”

“I had to return for the size and asked for a refund 3 weeks ago, sent emails with proof of postage but still, I haven't received any reply I will keep trying to contact them to get my money back very bad service for returning”

“I purchased the £99 box deal! When receiving the parcel I was nothing but disappointed. I ended up getting 2 duplicated t-shirts and 2 things I didn't ask for. I was excited to try out this brand as I discovered it on Instagram but If I can't trust JK attire with my order it's safe to say I won't be ordering anything else from them again.”

“These lot are absolutely useless bought items a month ago and only 2/3 arrived and even after contacting them I did not receive the third. Their customer service is absolutely appalling and now they are asking me to do a review on another package I got and still haven’t received. Don’t buy from them it’s unnecessary stress.”
