“I ordered my item over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it, even though you promised to re send it straight away. Blatant lie!! As the tracking number shows no sign of hermes receiving the item, certainly will not be using again and well gladly let people know what goes on!!”

“Very poor services. I ordered an item since December as a gift and received the wrong item the exchange process took 2 months and I still didn’t receive my complete package. Very poor customer service.I will not be buying from them again as a lot of people also complained over instagram”

“Ordered a joggers set, both came in the wrong size, emailed multiple times and had no reply, not happy whatsoever. The clothes themselves are amazing and I’d happily order again, but not unless I can get this sorted as for the price the very least I would expect is to be sent the right size or at least have the problem resolved with good customer service!”

“Awful service. I have reported this company to trading standards. I ordered my order back on the 20th Dec it’s now the 7th Feb and I still haven’t received my order. I was told it’s on its way then I was told it was out of stock and now apparently it’s on its way again. I have asked for a refund and all now I haven’t had any update. It’s a really bad service I am starting to think it’s a big con..”
