“Clothes look/feel great HOWEVER I recieved my jeans with most of the prints peeling off! And some had peeled off entirely leaving a faded stencil type look in its place. White paint stains on the buttocks of the jeans. Made a complaint and initially recieved a quick apology wand offered "huge discount on your next purchase"...No offer to replace the item etc. So no thanks. No return labels, even customer service asked for photo "proof of faulty item" only to then ask me to return it at my own cost, which they said they would refund. After reading many complaints on Trust Pilot relating to similar customer issues and then being completely ignored AFTER returning items, this is not a risk I'm willing to take. So last resort I'm going to try and fix the jeans as best I can myself with the help of Google. Owner brags of profits on Instagram, but deletes any negative comments. Very disappointing considering they make a point of mentioning on their website that their items go through "Three quality checks"!!”

“I used to love this brand, but since my last order 40 days ago which hasn't yet been shipped and also the bad communication from the client support I will no longer shop at JKA. Sad that this is how I'm treated :( But if you order make sure to use afterpay! I haven't received my money back”

“WHERE IS MY PACKAGE????! Since December 29th I have not received my order! I’ve messaged countless times by EMAIL, INSTAGRAM, and any other possible form of contact yet NO ONE, will tell me where and when my order is coming!! I have requested a refund/ cancel my order numerous times and they will not give it to me!! DO NOT BUY FROM JK ATTIRE! I am so disappointed, frustrated and annoyed. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR MY ORDER!”

“Ordered 2 t shirts and never received them, paid next day delivery and still didn’t turn up, emailed questioning and said they’d be shipped out and this was the 30th January. Absolutely shocking, do not recommend.”

“Unfortunately I have to give one star! Communicating with this company is a nightmare! I paid for next day delivery and my item came four days later? I contacted them and they totally blanked my email and just responding with one of their generic emails!! The last time I will buy from them as although the quality of their clothing is 🔥🔥🔥customer service is awful!!! Their only interested in money and not being faithful to the people that support their brand! Avoid like Covid!!!!!”

“As other people have said return policy is not worth the space it’s written in. They will not refund the original payment method, even though their policy says they will. Dodgy scammers avoid !!! They also only show the good reviews on their website, wish I’d have read the other reviews before ordering”

“I ordered a coat it came too big so I sent it back stating it was too big and I ask for a full refund back! But they couldn’t do that they instead gave me a £80 gift card which that is the amount I spent on here which I didn’t ask for I ask for a full refund which I can see on the policy it states only sale item will be gifted a gift card if they wanted to return but full price items is normal refund and I have emailed and emailed and had absolutely nothing back think it’s unfair on people who don’t have much money”

“Refund policy non existent they never want to refund ant customer even when they are in the wrong. Do not touch them with you order you will regret if anything goes wrong and out of pocket. Beware!!!”

“Great quality clothes, but unfortunately the customer service is shocking and really lets them down. Paid £50 in December, should of been sent 3 t shirts still waiting for 2 of them. They got my order wrong, I returned the incorrect item and requested an exchange, also paid for postage! Sent emails for support, just to get generic responses saying 10-15 days and it’s been 2 months now. Sent a DM on Instagram which has been ignored. Also have another order outstanding from nearly two weeks ago, thought I’d give them one more chance as I like the clothes. Won’t be ordering again!!! They are utterly useless! Feel like I’ve been scammed and lost out on money. 😡 Also laughable asked me to review the t shirts, as I only have one of them 👍🏽😂”

“Horrendous customer service - the worst I have ever experienced. Starting to think this company is a scam. Order 2 items beginning of Dec finally arrived Christmas Eve - only 1 item and the wrong colour. Sent back through tracked Royal Mail and just keep getting fobbed off by ‘thanks for reaching out’ emails when I am trying to chase. Will be off to trading standards now I’ve had enough.”
