“Very good quality clothing but I ordered 3 for 2 on T shirts and only received 2 of them and still have not been given a refund for my returns”

“Part of my order was missing. No one communicated this to me. When questioned I was asked to select an alternative item as the other was out of stock: I have emailed several times without any response and the item has still not arrived nearly a month later. Would not recommend.”

“I had high expectations for JKA customer service but I am very disappointed, my order 144134 wasdelayed for a week when I reached for support where they told me it would take maximum another week. It has been 3 weeks now 14 working days since I made the order and it should have arrived in 2-5 working days. Can you get in contact with me and let me know what is up with my order please.”

“I still don’t have the jacket I ordered. It was a birthday gift for my cousin. It was supposed to drop exactly on his bday but there were some delivery issues. Oke no problem I’ll wait till 10 December. Today marks 15th of December and I don’t have the jacket still.. Didn’t hear a thing from JKA.”

“I did at first want to write a bad review as my package hasn’t been delivered for 3 weeks and seeing all the scam comments, but then I contacted the founder Dovy on Instagram and director and they both helped me within 10 minutes and my packaged was shipped that day in urgency. They have said that they are behind in orders as they didn’t expect that many, they aren’t a massive company so I do feel for them. They aren’t scammers and they will ship your parcel eventually, if you need help I’d contact either of these people.”
