“This is my second time ordering from JkAttire, the first time i ordered in england, it was just amazing, everything arrived literally the next day, but this time i ordered from Spain, and has been 2 weeks already (or more) and still haven´t arrived :(”

“Your shipping times Are dead. Placed an order on 02-12. Got a mail that there as a ‘small’ delay and that it will be delivered before 10-12. Today its 15-12 and the delivery company in the UK didn’t even receive the package from JKA (and I live in the Netherlands) Very Very bad service with dead promises. Only order here if you need your clothes in 2 months and not for a special day, Bc it will be too late.”

“I cant say much because three weeks ago I literally ordered a jacket and still havent got it.. I asked the creator of JKA he said there was a delay two weeks later the customer server said the exact same thing and now I’m reading comments about that this is a scam and that I’m not the only one that havent got their stuff so yeah.”

“I don't think I've ever written a bad review before but I guess there is a first time for everything. This review is purely based on communication and customer service as I am yet to receive my products. I was sent tracking information for my delivery but was never contacted about any delays until I took it upon myself to contact the team 6 days after receiving emails saying that my items had been shipped to ask for an update regarding my delivery. I then received an email responding that there were delays due to the Black Friday sale, which is understandable, however, this should have been communicated to customers on the onset. A few days after I then received an email stating that one of the items I ordered was then out of stock eventhough I was previously contacted that my order had been shipped. In one of the corresponding emails, I was addressed by a name that wasn't my name, not even close to the spelling of my name which I found quite unprofessional. I was asked to then choose a replacement for the item that was out of stock in which I replied, however, I have not received an email to state if this had been confirmed yet I have been told to watch out for any updates regarding the shipment of my original order. I'm still waiting for my delivery and my order was made November 29. I'm at the point of which I may ask for a refund and cancellation of order. Update on order still pending.”

“Ive ordered here and the clothes looked very good. But ive done my research and people did say that they're scammers. Well i can tell that they're not scamming. My order came in and it is incredible good. All in the right sizes, perfect fit!”

“AVOID this company at all costs. 2 peices out of my 3 ordered items were sent. When contacting JKATTIRE about this - ive had no resolution. The missing item hasnt been sent. I also sent back a jacket to be exchanged and have heard nothing so i expect this is also money down the drain. I spent over £80 on 3 things, and have 1. Feel robbed and very frustrated.”
