“Made an online order at the beginning of November. Still not received my order and when I email to ask if it’s been dispatched, I just get an email with the tracking which tells me nothing. I have sent numerous emails and still No answers to my question!!!”

“Company does not allow refund and instead you will get a credit to spend at the store. Not happy due to not wanting anything else. Long replies, ages to receive credit to spend”

“Delivery of items very good and i will score a 5 Star. However i am still trying to get in contact with you with regards to an order I returned the package on 30/11/21 which was taken to the post office and sent back by registered post. Can I ask if you have received this item and also when I will be reimbursed my £73.50 please. I am very concerned that i have not heard back from your company to let me know and I am now very worried about the reimbursement of my money”

“Ordered 2 items said 2-3 days delivery a week on and nothing Hermes haven’t even had my items yet when I messaged, as you cannot speak to anyone, to say I was starting a claim back from my bank they suddenly send an update saying it’s on its way that was 3 day’s ago and Hermes still have no items as yet, rip off just glad I didn’t spend more, what a shame I didn’t read trustpilot before”
