“Terrible never ever received my order after months was told it was coming etc then was told one item was out of stock. ended up asking for a refund and receiving half of my payment had to request the rest complete joke. Will never be back”

“I love the quality of the clothes and how it fits however where they fail is their customer service. Firstly, taking almost 2 weeks to get my order when I paid for the items to come in less than a week. Secondly, is giving me the wrong order. I ordered a crop jumper but I got joggers instead. Lastly, Taking too long to reply to my emails so, therefore, taking the process of trying to process much longer.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered 3 items at the end of November, they said they had been shipped and then after that date I receive a message to say one the items is out of stock.. odd if they had already been shipped.. they advised me to choose another item which I have but now they have ignored my email.. I won’t be ordering again!!!”

“Very poor customer service. I gave emailed company several times to inform them that my order was not delivered successfully and had been stolen and reported to delivery company and JK Attire. No response from JK Attire. Very disappointed first time customer. I don't want your 15% off- just a refund please”
