“BUYER BEWARE-THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! I ordered a package in OCTOBER that never got to me, I spent $138 and have tried to contact them 4 times for a refund with no resolution!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PACKAGE OR A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Wish I could give 0. So incompetent. I requested an exchange of 1 item, completed the forms and posted the item back. They sent the same item back to me. When I queried, after many emails and long delays they just said the incorrect item was on my original order, ignoring that I had returned it for exchange despite photos and proof of postage. Deeply distressing as a Christmas present for my Grandson so time is an issue. Typical unscrupulous small online company, no customer service and no apology. They don't care. Angry that I spent so much with them before I realised.”

“Absolutely shocking wouldn’t recommend to anybody 2 times I asked for my address too be changed to my new one and they said they had done it but this morning I’ve received a message from Hermes to say my parcel has been delivered but too my old address so I now have no coat and no £85.50 because of this shocking company”

“I’m so disgusted with this company everytime I place an order an item is missing or I get doubled of one in a different packaging and instead of having my money refunded it is always a gift card to spend back on their website. I have ordered 4 times from them because of items missing where I have to spend my money back on the gift card.”

“I ordered three products and received two only. From these two, I got sent the wrong colour. I have contacted customer service. They are so slow and terrible. They only respond every 4 days. I am so upset with their service and have lost a lot money now and they dont seem to care.”

“Wrong item sent, poor customer service response the time to each response is days, they requested me to pay the return cost which I did. Sent proof of this 3 times yet no refund of the postage cost or the correct item sent. Have now contacted trading standards to get either my money back or the goods paid for! I’d avoid at all costs dealing with this company”
