“I brought a jacket for my son for Christmas on inspection it was filthy on the sleeve and neck but my son wouldn’t let me return it just incase you didn’t have he’s size in stock. So now got to pay for it to be dry cleaned so not very happy costumers”

“I ordered a grey medusa hoodie, a cream Borg hoodie and coat. I received the grey hoodie promptly. I received a note in the packaging to say there will be a delay with my coat and that I should receive it by the 10th. However I didn’t receive the Borg hoodie. I emailed to ask if maybe it had been delayed like the coat but I wanted to check as they’d specified one not the other. I was then asked to confirm if the packaging has been damaged, to which I replied no. I’ve now had no other emails other this one to leave a review. So I’ve kept my packaging to prove that no other hoodie would’ve fit and therefore was never sent my Borg hoodie. So when my coat hopefully arrives tomorrow I will then complain. Deeply saddend as I love my grey hoodie and the medusa has great meaning for me so if I have to return it I’ll be gutted”

“When I recieved my order and it came without the tops me thinking they had dropped out because there was a rip in bag. I had to message yourselves and to be told that they was out of stock which I never got told about. I had to message you my self and I didn’t get nothing of your selves about it.”
