“Have sent back a parcel for a simple and straight forward refund with all relevant details necessary to process. My items still have not been refunded after two weeks and no one in answering my emails. Unprofessional, clearly understaffed, poor customer service. If by some miraculous discovery someone happens to read this instead of my emails then please REFUND my order 143661.”

“I’m not one of a bad review, I m’y parcel got delayed which Is fair enough as it is Christmas. However on the email it said the jackets would be here 100% by the 10th. They still haven’t arrived. Slightly disappointed as I’ve shopped here before. Still excited for the jackets to come however slightly saddened at this aswell.”

“Delivery was well over the time estimate. It took 2 weeks but was due to their busy period. But the customer service was great so I can’t even be bothered about that lol. Great quality jackets would definitely buy again.”

“SCAMMERS! Do not order from here. They take your money and do not provide your order or any updates for it. The below states “when did you receive your order?” The option “ordered over 3 months ago and still haven’t got it” is sadly not there.”

“This is the worse online company i have ever come across, ive been waiting12 days for my order and all they say iis its out with the courier, when i try to track my order, the courier says it is waiting for the item to be given to them. There is no contact phone number, i wonder why, ive sent numerous emails to get the issue resolved and ive hod no meaningful replies.”

“The worst place I’ve ever shopped at the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. For anyone reading this AVOID shopping here I placed an order around Black Friday and have been emailing them back and forth it’s now 12/12/21 and I haven’t received my order let alone a clear date for when ill receive it They originally said it was lost so theylll send one out next day for me that didn’t come then they said I’ll get a confirmation in 24/48hrs for despatch that didn’t come. I have asked for a refund if they can’t deliver the items and they have ignored it. Honestly save your time and go to big commercial stores for eg Jd couldn’t deliver my order within the two days they stated giving me an immediate refund on the price I paid for my delivery and a 20%”
