“I bought a jacket from JK and looks great. Got a lot of compliments for the jacket and they asked me where i got it from. Only down side was the long delivery time but it was black friday so i can understand that.”

“Ordered and sent straight away. Hermes lost the item. I have contacted the company highlighting the issue and got a reply with the tracking number telling me to track it. Clearly emails aren’t read and staff just issue generic reply’s. Now two weeks since ordering and have no items and no refund. Will not be ordering again. I get there can be issues with delivery but customer service seems poor.”

“I am still waiting for the tracking number to be sent as my daughter dm them on Instagram and they said the missing item had been sent and would send the tracking number ASAP ,I still haven’t received it ,also I got an email asking if I wanted a gift card instead but I told them I wanted the item and I have had no response back”

“If I could give NO stars I would!! I’ve been waiting for a parcel for over a week. I’ve contacted this company countless times via Instagram and email and they take ages to reply!! Eventually when I received a reply I got told on Instagram the parcel has been lost and I’m still waiting for a refund!!! Someone on email has told me it’s been delayed?!!! What the hell is going on! They’ve caused me nothing but STRESS!!”

“They will steal your money & ignore your emails! I ordered months ago and sent emails weeks ago about my missing order. An agent took forever to reply & has since been ignoring my emails after saying they'd look into my missing package. Pocketed my money and now are literally ignoring me. Not worth that risk!”
