“This is the worst Black Friday order I have ever had! I wanted a winter jacket to keep me warm as it’s getting cold but the size it came in was not what I ordered! Plus I had to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive! I’m trying to contact the customer service and they don’t answer me! This is the worst!!!! Totally not buying again and would not recommend ever again!”

“I got two sweat suit sets & for starters they can really catch the attention of others. They are so comfortable, they compliment the body and at the same time not be too tight, also the material is soooo good and strong ! It is so worth the price and it feels like it will last for ever. Not cheap or thin at all which is what really made me want to order more! Overall loved the design and the material ! Bomb 100/10”

“Hi, it impossible to write a review when I still haven’t received the products. It took 5 days for the items to ship and after an addition 12 days my order is still not “on its way” according to the tracking. I would not have ordered if I had known it was going to take this long. I will not get it on time for my trip. Also what is the “post code” to see the additional tracking information? I was not given a “post code” nor does my POTAL code work on the tracking website.”

“Very disappointed that Hermes is your chosen courier, the delays in receiving this package was dissatisfying and you should look into sourcing a better courier for delivery. Also your customer services response was very poor, it took days to get a response for chasing up my order, in the future, I’ll suggest you look into a better ways of responding to customers promptly in a timely manner. Perhaps you could invest in a dedicated phone line or even a WhatsApp business account.”

“I ordered a tracksuit and pair of cargo trousers. I was sent two pairs of joggers in place of the tracksuit. My emails and DMs were ignored until I commented on one of their posts on Instagram. They finally responded and asked me to return a pair of the joggers in place for a jumper. I refused to pay to return the joggers in order to rectify their mistake and they then refunded me £5 to cover the cost of shipping. I instead decided to send back the whole parcel as I’d had enough - they did not deserve my money! Their website clearly states refunds are available and I filled out the returns form which I included in the parcel I returned to them. I’ve now been issued with a gift card for the value of the refund…as if I’d ever shop with this company again! I am now chasing them up to cancel the gift card and issue me my refund, as I requested. Honestly just avoid this company; the unprofessionalism is embarrassing.”

“Ordered the lost soul jumper after receiving several items that are brilliant quality I must say I’m a bit disappointed that the print on this doesn’t seem as vibrant as my other pieces 😞 still a lovely jumper can tell the quality on it is 10/10”
