“Return service not good enough, I was sent different items to what I ordered and when I asked for a refund I was given store credit instead because the items I orders were on sale. This isn’t helpful because the products that I originally wanted are now sold out. However, the ordered some other t-shirts and they were good quality.”

“Absolute shocking company, partner has been waiting over 7 weeks for a coat to be delivered, sent the wrong coat first of all and then took days to reply! Said they was sending the right one, couple of weeks went by and still nothing! Have now demanded a refund and they once again took days to reply and eventually said a refund had been processed and it’s now been 9 days and she is still yet to receive her money, £100 out of pocket! Disgusting company and will never order from them myself, can’t even believe with customer service like this that they are even still going!”

“I ordered my delivery on the 18th October and I’m still waiting for everything to be delivered to me. Between JK Attite and Hermes a simple delivery has been made super difficult. Not only did I not receive one of my items the first time, as I believe the Hermes Courier either misplaced/stole it I didn’t receive it the second time either. I was told by JK attire I couldn’t get that jacket anymore as its now sold out ! I was then given the opportunity to chose a different jacket , which I did, however Jk Attire sent the wrong jacket to me ! I have a jacket that I never asked for sitting in my room waiting for a response from the Jk Attire team to sort out this issue as it’s starting to get tedious now. Regards Olivia Francis”

“Absolute jokers, personal instagrams are full of ‘hard work ethic & consistency ’ well that’s a blatant lie 😂. Can’t even post out a couple of orders correctly. Communication is appalling. 10/10 don’t recommend, it’s the ignorance for me. Two random pairs of jeans came, the inside packaging was all ripped😂😂.”
