“The medium sized cost I ordered for my son was too big. It cost me over £11 to return it, so that I could re order a small size. That was disgusting in my opion.”

“Waited 6 weeks for my package, while they said next day delivery. Customer service is lacking, everytime i asked where my package left they told me they would aks(10 times) never got another response and they never kept me updated.”

“I have never received my order! It got lost by a courier! I have sent several emails! Very poor communication. Someone said i they will arrange to a replacement to be sent out and when I asked if it’s gonna be next day service I never heard back and it has been over a week now. All together it has been 3 weeks! I’m extremely disappointed”

“Ordered 4 t-shirts, received 2 correct ones. I ordered 4 slim fit t shirts and received an oversized version of one of them and a completely different t shirt to what I ordered for one of them. Tried reaching out to customer service and was handled rudely by the customer support team. Still haven’t had anything done to rectify the situation”

“The quality and warmth of the clothing is amazing! But they are not clear on there sizing and does not tell customers that some of there items are unisex. However the return/exchange process is long and communication isn’t great.”
